My name is Betty Jeune and I've built a career around that truth. As a U.S. Navy veteran, former nonprofit COO, professional actor, and trained improviser, I have spent decades inside rooms where people were expected to perform — and watched what happened when they finally stopped pretending they had a script.
My work isn't about teaching people to communicate better. It's about helping them communicate as themselves — more freely, more flexibly, and with far less fear of getting it wrong.
Drawing on improv not as entertainment but as a practical framework, I facilitate workshops and keynotes that help professionals move beyond habitual patterns, think on their feet, and collaborate in ways that actually hold. I create environments where creativity becomes usable, feedback becomes easier, and the part of you that's been waiting to speak up finally feels like it has permission.
I have worked with 400+ participants across corporate teams, nonprofits, youth organizations, and professional associations — including the Women's Business Center of Kentucky, Young Professionals Association of Louisville, Bridge Kids International, and the University of Louisville Center for Positive Leadership — and founded PhotoJeuneic Media in 2022 to bring this work to organizations ready for something different.
